Please allow 1-3 days processing time for your order. We hand pour our candles in small batches to ensure a quality product every time. If you select Expedited Shipping/Priority Shipping at checkout (if applicable), this will prioritize your order.

All transactions submitted to The Lab Candles are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe and process all transactions through Shopify.

Gift cards are available HERE. Gift cards never expire. Make someone a lab partner today.

Shipping is available within Canada and to the United States. You will be notified if there is an exception with your order for any reason.

No, there is no minimum order requirement. Buy as many candles as your heart desires.

For security purposes and credit card verification, we are unable to accept orders by phone.

The Lab Candles is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking or lost/stolen packages.

We accept all credit cards through the Shopify platform, as well as Shop Pay. We do not accept Paypal.
